2.3 Customer-Provided Data (Enterprise)

Enterprise customers may connect Walt to their datawarehouses, semantic layers, or internal databases. Walt processes this data solely to provide the contracted Services. Walt does not claim ownership ofcustomer data and handles it in accordance with the applicable Master ServicesAgreement ("MSA") and Data Processing Agreement ("DPA").

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintainsession state, analyze platform usage, and improve our Services. You may adjust cookie preferences through your browser settings; however, certain features ofthe platform may be unavailable if cookies are disabled.

•     Process queries, generate insights, and return resultsvia our ReasonBase semantic layer engine

•     Authenticate users and enforce access controls

Query logs and usage telemetry may be retained in anonymized or aggregated form after account termination. Customer data connected via enterprise integrations is governed bythe applicable MSA and DPA retention terms.

Walt implements commercially reasonable administrative,technical, and physical safeguards to protect information from unauthorizedaccess, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures includeencryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and periodicsecurity reviews.

Walt processes customer data only as instructed under theapplicable MSA and DPA and does not use customer data to train or improve models without explicit written consent.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflectchanges in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. Wewill post the revised policy with an updated effective date. For materialchanges, we will provide notice via email or through the platform.
